Hard Pressed Coffee
Recently I tried to make cold press coffee to see what all the fuss was about and I was astounded at how dreadful it was. There was no taste! Perhaps I did it wrong. Nonetheless this quote came to mind.

Ooh Emily you must try again! Cold pressed coffee is my very favorite thing—its rich, flavorful, incredibly smooth and delicious, AND it has much less acid than regularly brewed coffee! Did you let it sit overnight, and did you use freshly ground coffee? Sometimes I put cardamon or cinnamon in with the coffee while it brews. Give it another go!
