Pumpkin Bread Pudding
This morning when baking my pumpkin bread recipe I used a double sized can of pumpkin, adding coffee as liquid and I got a pudding texture as a result. I love it. I am calling it pumpkin-bread-pudding. I am not sure the neighbors will understand so I won't give this one away. Perhaps if I slice it and bake the slices flat on a tray it can be pumpkin biscotti!
