30 years ago I was a waitress at a natural foods restaurant in Chapel Hill NC and I remember you could order a side of marinated tofu to put on your pizza! I love marinated tofu on spinach salad.
Marinated tofu:
Cube tofu add soy sauce and vinegar dash of sesame oil and dash of rooster hot sauce. shake up and marinate. Enjoy cold or warm.
