Chili on a Hot Day

I'm making a big pot of spicy chili. I am simmering black beans, lentils, chopped onions, chopped celery, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, fresh garlic, kombu, wine, ground round, frozen corn niblets, leftover wine, dried habeneros, cumin, oregano, dash of cayenne, kosher salt,

later. . .

It simmered all day in the slow cooker (at 225) and smelled great. It was delicious on a bed of spinach with a blob of plain yogurt.
