When in Doubt, Bake

When in doubt, bake.
This is how I feel.
My recent fad is baking mixed grain sourdough using whole wheat flour, rolled-oats, coarse-grind cornmeal, poppy seeds, and sunflower seeds.

When in doubt, marinate!
I love to know that while I am sleeping my food is working hard, marinating and tenderizing.
Just like my psyche!
