Saturday Stale Sourdough reborn as French Toast
I had one small loaf of my homemade three grain whole wheat oat corn, sourdough loaf leftover from last week and this morning being Saturday I decided to make french toast, my grandma Sophie's favorite. I beat 6 eggs with Wright's Dairy local milk and a teaspoon of Job Lot real vanilla. I fried them in my vintage 1960's Hoover brand electric frying pan and they came out perfectly. We ate them lightly salted with Job Lot's real maple syrup and black coffee.
