Healthy Brownies

1 stick butter melted
3 (one oz) square blocks of Baker's bittersweet chocolate, melted
1 egg beaten
salt 1/2 teaspoon
sugar 2/3 cup
vanilla 1 teaspoon
cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon

baking powd 1/4 teaspoon
soda 1/4 teaspoon
dark molasses 2 Tbsps
evaporated milk to moisten
coffee to moisten
whole wheat flour one cup
rolled oats one cup
dried cranberries 1/2 cup
raisins 1/2 cup

Melt butter and chocolate. Let cool. Beat egg. Combine all ingredients and spoon into a greased square glass Pyrex pan. Bake at pre-heated 350 F for 25-30 minutes.
