Grain Blending and Stock for Breads

Add grain mixes to sourdough: whole oat groats, or rolled oats, wheat flakes, rye flakes, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seed, poppy seeds, hulled millet, cornmeal,wheat berries, rye berries.

Also potato water, or kale water, or bean water added to the sourdough in place of plain water.
