Eat your Water
I am not someone who can chug plain water day and night, let alone eight glasses a day. But I do love to eat water-filled foods like fruit and vegetables, soups, and salads. So I finally decided that this was okay. I eat my water. I do like seltzer spiked with apple cider or orange juice. I seem to need the bubbles. I drink tea and coffee too but in moderation so I can fall sleep at night.
