Yogurt Cheese + Bread

I made yogurt cheese by straining my home made yogurt over a mesh cone. I took the leftover whey and used it in my sourdough. For the bread dough I added quinoa and cornmeal and rolled oats to the wheat flour along with my sourdough starter and the whey and salt. We'll know in a few days what the result will be.
