I was starving from walking all around town without breakfast.
I made grilled cheese:
A slice of pepper jack cheese between two corn tortillas heated up in my greased cast iron pan. When golden on both sides, I cut it into 4 triangles, and dipped each bite in Cholula hot sauce. I ate this with slices of red onion and oil cured olives on the side.
The best meal of my life!
