Traveling Soul Foods.

My husband and I are often on the run commuting by car or on foot. So we pack portable and home cooked foods: my bread toasted, pumpkin pancakes, raisins, sunflower seeds, apples, peaches, plums, pears, bananas, sliced and sauteed salted plantains, granola, applesauce, yogurt, iced coffee, hot coffee, kale soup, coleslaw, pasta salad, bean salad, German potato salad, popcorn.
