Olives, Red Onion, Pepperoncini, Garlic, and Avocado

I love oil cured black olives, raw red onions, pepperoncini, and garlic. Lately I have added avocado to the mix of favorites. I use olives and avocado like butter. Today I zapped a bulb of garlic and then added all of the cooked cloves to my leftover grains and veggies.

Our local Price Rite supermarket has such bargains on produce that cauliflower, red bell peppers, broccoli, oranges, and avocados are suddenly affordable.
