I decided to make a big pot of grain in my slow cooker to go with whatever vegetables I cook for supper. I keep a drawer in my fridge full of bags of grains. I decided to blend them together. I have no idea how it will come out. I mixed brown rice, wild rice, quinoa, un-hulled barley, and wheat berries. I'll let you know what happens.
It came our great. It needed extra salt. It tastes like dirt. Good dirt. I love dirt!
