Purple Onion Breakfast

Slice a big red onion and toss it into a hot iron skillet, stir until crispy, toss in an egg (on top of messy onion pile) to fry while toast is toasting. Splash on Mexican Cholula hot sauce, (the bottle has a maple cap). Enjoy with tea, coffee and the dog and cat sitting nearby.
