Vinegar, Pickles and Ice Cream

I love vinegar and I go through a quart of it in a month. I recently discovered that canned tuna with vinegar and green olives is more delicious as a meal than with mayo.Article This article suggests trying vanilla ice cream with balsamic vinegar on top! Hilarious. Pickles and ice cream? I'll have to ask my niece Paula...she's going to have a baby girl in September. Strawberries and balsamic vinegar are excellent.
