Stir Fry: Okra Ginger Garlic Spinach Corn

Last night I got out the 12" cast iron pan and threw in olive oil and sesame oil and rooster hot sauce and okra. I threw in home made chicken soup stock, fresh spinach, frozen corn, soy sauce, and double smoked garlic sausage from KRAKOW DELI BAKERY SMOKEHOUSE around the corner. It was orgasmic! I ate it for lunch on toast with mustard after shoveling out the neighborhood! This is a mix of my life's experiences: an Asian Polish Southern dish.
