Weight Lifting

Snow shoveling has turned me into Charles Atlas. I am remembering my childhood friend and neighbor growing up. Her dad was a chiropractor but when he was a young man in the Bronx he was also a competitive weight lifter. I think he was a Mr. America back in the 30's or 40's. Now I know why these guys do it. It is a rush!
