Snow Storm Biscotti

We're eating leftover chicken salad and beef stir fry for breakfast and lunch. Tonight we'll have the cauldron of kale kielbasa soup from the last blizzard. Between shoveling I made making star shaped wine biscotti. I am amazed at how much tastier they are than the circle shaped biscotti. Why, I ask my husband. He says "More surface area!"
I am always amazed by the fact that macaroni each have a unique flavor depending on their shape. Why? Surface area!
