The Slumlords

The East School Street and Rathbun Street slumlords don't plow and this storm is worse than the last one in many ways. People barely scraping by with minimum wage jobs, and not much heat will be trapped once again, unable to get to work tomorrow. I think there's a special place in hell for the landlords who don't take any responsibility for their actions, or lack of them.
